Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and Nicotine-free Life ("we", "us", the seller), the operator of the Nicotine-free Life quit-nicotine course. By using the site or buying the course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Nicotine-free Life is a self-paced online course about quitting cigarettes, snus, and nicotine pouches. It includes lessons, quizzes, habit exercises, and a 30-day quit plan. The course is educational guidance, not personal medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek individual advice from a healthcare professional for medical questions.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your country to purchase, or have the authority to bind the organization you represent.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. This includes, without limitation:

  • using the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
  • infringing intellectual property rights of any party;
  • interfering with the security or operation of the service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, or scraping the service;
  • reverse engineering the service, reselling or redistributing course content, or circumventing technical limits or access controls;
  • sharing your account access with others.

5. License and intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the course content, software, documentation, and branding. When you buy the course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the course for your personal, non-commercial use. If you submit content (such as a review), you grant us a limited license to host and display it solely to operate the service.

6. Payments

The course is sold as a one-time payment that unlocks the whole course. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

7. Refunds

Refunds are limited: you may request one only within 7 days of your order date, only if the course content does not work as described or is materially different from what this site describes, and only if you have not completed most of the lessons. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Service level and warranties

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your right to use the course ends; your account data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.

11. General

We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
